Dance of the Elements

This Sunday sanctuary series is dedicated to somatic exploration and the flowing creativity of breath, sound, and movement. On Sunday afternoons, treat yourself to slowness, leisure, and a space for embodied spirituality. Inspired by the elements and the natural cycle of the seasons, we use Continuum breathing and sounds to explore inner landscapes and listen to very subtle movement impulses.

Participation is open to anyone interested; no previous experience with Continuum is necessary. The topics build on each other and flow into one another, but the annual cycle is designed so that the afternoons can also be attended individually.

The workshop series will take place on Sunday afternoons from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (CET) in Schaffhausen.

March 8: Spring - Air my breath
June 21: Summer - Fire my spirit
September 20: Autumn - Earth my body
December 20: Winter - Water my blood
