I  live in the countryside on the coastline, outside the city of Copenhagen. I am a Continuum teacher (authorized by Emilie Conrad in 2005), a certified Advanced Rolfer (1990), a Rolf Movement teacher, and the founder/creator of the movement system Fascial Flow™. Fascial Flow is an integration of the trainings and studies I have experienced over the past 40 years, inspired by my teachers and mentors: Emilie Conrad, Hubert Godard, Peter A. Levine and Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen.

My primary interest is in the healing potential of the human body in its resonant dance with the movement of all of life.
